Heavy-Duty Commercial & Hospitality
Commercial solution
Best for
Hotel resort pool loungers, commercial outdoor restaurant seating and heavy-wear rental property furniture.
Key properties
Extra-tough reinforced vinyl or high-denier fabrics engineered for intense daily handling and off-season stacking.
Secure fit system
Reinforced corner straps with heavy-duty click-close buckles that secure around furniture legs to withstand gusty winds.
Sourcing tip.Patio sets are rarely uniform. Instead of selling a loose universal tarp, we quote and produce each sofa, chair and table cover to its exact individual dimensions for a tailored, premium retail look.
Item & Typical Dimensions
100% fully tailored to your dimensions. These are reference benchmarks, not stock sizes — send a piece list and each cover is cut to that piece.

What to Include in a Quote Request
To help us return an accurate direct price within 1 business day, please provide the following four points.
Piece list and dimensions. Each furniture item (e.g. 1× sofa, 2× chairs, 1× table) with width × depth × height per piece.
Fabric grade and colour. Standard all-season Oxford or the commercial heavy-duty option — black as standard, custom Pantone colours on request.
Order quantity. Estimated volume per item or complete set. MOQ is 100 pcs.
Branding and features. Logo files, air vent requirements or leg lock-strap preferences.
How do we submit a quote request for a complex multi-piece patio furniture set?
Simply email us a list of the individual pieces in your set along with their respective dimensions (width × depth × height). We will provide an itemized quote breakdown per piece as well as bundled set pricing.
How should we measure stacked chairs or loungers for bulk production?
For stacked chairs or angled sun loungers, measure the overall outer width, the maximum front-to-back depth, the total backrest height and the front lip height. Our pattern team will create a tailored sleeve that slides on smoothly without excess slack.
What is the minimum order quantity?
100 pcs per item or set configuration. Mixed pieces can be combined in one order once the total meets the minimum.
What is the typical production lead time?
Mass production is typically completed in 30 days after sample approval. We confirm the schedule against your piece list and quantity when quoting.
