Salt spray, driven rain and UV break down ordinary outdoor fabric. A marine cover has to hold its strength in all three.
All-Weather Marine
Mooring & storage
Best for
Seasonal boat mooring, dry-stack marina storage, center consoles and outboard engine hoods.
Key properties
Premium solution-dyed marine polyester with high hydrostatic water resistance and an anti-fungal coating to prevent mildew in humid marine environments.
Customization
Black as standard, with custom colours, screen-printed boat logos or brand tags on request.
Heavy-Duty Highway Trailering
Transport grade
Best for
High-speed highway towing, long-distance transport, harsh salt-spray environments and heavy commercial workboats.
Key properties
Extra-heavy denier fabric backed with a polyurethane coating. Double-stitched flat-lock seams with waterproof sealing tape over all needle holes.
Reinforced stress points
Built-in internal corner pads along windshield edges, cleat points and bow corners to eliminate wear holes.
Sourcing tip.Sailboats, center consoles and bass boats need very different deck contours. We cut directly from hull beam, length and gunwale specifications to guarantee a snug, wind-tight fit.

What to Include in a Quote Request
To help us return an accurate direct price within 1 business day, please provide the following four points.
Boat or equipment profile. Boat type (center console, V-hull, sailboat, motor hood), LOA (length overall) and beam width.
Fabric and coating grade. Standard all-weather marine or the heavy-duty highway trailering grade.
Order quantity. Estimated volume per model or size. MOQ is 100 pcs.
Custom features. Trailering strap requirements, motor hood integration or custom logo artwork.
Can these boat covers be safely used while towing the boat on highways at speed?
Yes. Our trailering-grade option uses a multi-strap tie-down system, a heavy-duty elastic hem cord and internal wear-point reinforcement, engineered to withstand highway wind speeds without flapping or tearing.
Do you supply separate covers for outboard engines and console controls?
Yes. We produce both full-hull covers and dedicated individual covers for outboard motors, helm consoles and captain seat units under your own private label.
What is the minimum order quantity?
100 pcs per pattern or model. Mixed patterns can be combined in one order once the total meets the minimum.
What is the typical production lead time?
Mass production is typically completed in 30 days after sample approval. We confirm the schedule against your pattern list and quantity when quoting.
